Tim enjoys working at all levels of an organisation. He has both been a mentor to senior VPs and Fellows and has applied his skills to solve complex technical problems at the most detailed levels of product design. He fosters a continued desire for learning and pushing the limits of engineering.
Tim’s experience has spanned a wide range of disciplines including designing leading camera systems for Nokia and RIM, ultra low power industrial systems and technologies for self driving vehicles. He leads the local Things Network LoraWAN IoT network, mentors engineers in the Edinburgh Hacklab Makerspace and volunteers with the British Red Cross.
